The page starts with a pink and green static, which flows down the page. There is a small galaxy, with two twinkling stars inside. Around the flowing static, there are text balloons- "Rover...?" It starts, and then gets larger. "Rover."

Panel 1: "Rover, sweetie, what are you doing?" The mother Nyan asks, Mini standing next to her. The two are looking up at the top of a pile of garbage, where a red Nyan with green hair and necklace is perched. The flowing static is radiating from her head. The red Nyan, Rover, replies- "I am listening, Hippolyta."
